How can I extend my rental period?
+You can extend your rental period through your account dashboard or by calling our support team at +91 206 574 5611. Extensions are subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours before your current rental expires.
What are the delivery charges in Mumbai and Delhi?
+Delivery is free for orders above ₹1,000 within Mumbai and Delhi NCR. For orders below ₹1,000, we charge ₹200 for standard delivery. Same-day delivery is available for an additional ₹300.
What happens if the gadget gets damaged?
+All our gadgets are covered by comprehensive insurance. Minor damages are covered at no cost. For major damages, you'll be responsible for the insurance deductible, which varies by product (typically ₹500-2000).
What payment methods do you accept?
+We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), net banking, and digital wallets. A security deposit is required, which will be refunded after successful return of the gadget.
Can I cancel my booking?
+Yes, you can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
What's included with each rental?
+Each rental includes the main device, all original accessories (chargers, cables, manuals), protective cases where applicable, and sanitized packaging. Some premium items may include additional accessories like extra batteries or memory cards.
